SUBJECT: THE CCMA HOSTS ITS FIFTH ANNUAL LABOUR CONFERENCE
The Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA) is pleased to invite its Users, Stakeholders as well as members of the media to attend its fifth Annual Labour Conference, which will be held on 14 and 15 March 2024 under the theme: THE IMPACT OF LABOUR MARKET DYNAMICS, TECHNOLOGY AND POLICY ON SOCIAL JUSTICE”.
The goal of the conference is to provide a platform for dialogue, information exchange and best practice sharing among government representatives, labour organisations, business leaders, and legal experts, fostering a collective understanding and commitment to advancing social justice and labour rights in the contemporary world. The conference will also serve as a capacity building platform adopting a three-pronged approach that reflects on historical discourses, addresses present challenges, whilst encouraging the mapping of future developments.

Amongst the keynote speakers, the Honourable Deputy Minister of Employment and Labour, Boitumelo Moloi will provide thought leadership on the 30-year review of the South African democracy.
