ATTENTION: CCMA USERS, STRATEGIC PARTNERS, AND STAKEHOLDERS
SUBJECT: NOTICE OF THE CONTINUED TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF THE CCMA JOHANNESBURG OFFICE
The CCMA wishes to advise Users and Stakeholders that its Johannesburg regional office, located at 127 Fox Street (Cnr. Eloff) in Marshalltown, Johannesburg will remain closed tomorrow, 21 July 2023, following a gas explosion that hit parts of the CBD on Wednesday, 19 July 2023.
The decision was taken in the interest of safeguarding the health and safety of CCMA staff and its Users. The office will resume its operations on Monday, 24 July 2023.
Due to this development, please note that cases that were scheduled for Friday,21 July 2023 at the Johannesburg office will be rescheduled, however cases that were scheduled for hearing in alternative venues outside the Johannesburg office or on virtual platforms will proceed as scheduled.
Users may still make referrals and applications using the CCMA’s digital case referral and application platform, accessible via the CCMA website, Facebook page and directly via this link https://cmsonline.ccma.org.za.
