Dear CCMA Users and Stakeholders,
I hope that all Users and stakeholders had a year of personal and professional advancement and overcame trials and tribulations encountered. It is that time of the year again where the festive season is celebrated and much deserved December break is taken.
Please be advised that during the festive break, the CCMA’s operations will run uninterruptedly, being available during the usual operational days and times, except on public holidays.
During this time, Users and stakeholders can still reach the CCMA on the following email address: info@ccma.org.za, for any case related queries needing procedural advice. Alternatively, Users and stakeholders can also contact the CCMA through the email addresses applicable to each CCMA regional office as published on the CCMA website (www.ccma.org.za). You can also make use of the CCMA’s mobile application (CCMAConnect), the e-Referral platform (https://cmsonline.ccma.org.za) or any of the official CCMA’s social media platforms.
