URGENT NOTICE
ATTENTION: CCMA USERS, STRATEGIC PARTNERS, AND STAKEHOLDERS
SUBJECT: NOTICE OF TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF THE CCMA JOHANNESBURG OFFICE
The CCMA wishes to advise Users and Stakeholders that its Johannesburg regional office, located at 127 Fox Street (Cnr. Eloff) in Marshalltown, Johannesburg will be temporarily closed today, 20 July 2023 with immediate effect, following a gas explosion that hit parts of the CBD yesterday, 19 July 2023.
Due to this development, please note that cases that were scheduled for this morning, 20 July 2023 at the Johannesburg office will be rescheduled and those scheduled for hearing in alternative venues outside the Johannesburg office or on virtual platforms will proceed as scheduled.
Please be advised that no date has been communicated for the expected re-opening of the office, therefore updates in this regard will be communicated in due course.
Users may still make referrals and applications using the CCMA’s digital case referral and application platform, accessible via the CCMA website, Facebook page and directly via this link https://cmsonline.ccma.org.za.
